Security
The SHS manages the control of supplies (electricity, water) as well as the security (including anti-intrusion control and fire detection).
Remote control of access to buildingsThe system automatically and remotely manages supplies (such as water, electricity, gas), cutting off the supply if unwanted access is detected. Additionally, the system performs an electronic surveillance of the access made by the installed security alarm centers, allowing them to be eliminated.
The SHS is configured for:
- Detect the entry of people into the building.
- Capture images of the property and send data through NB-IoT.
- Open the entrance door or deny opening (without the need to change the existing lock, by means of an access actuator, powered by an induction power supply system).
- Open/close the main water supply solenoid valve.
- Connection/disconnection of the power supply.
- Fire detection.
As key efficiency and scalability factors, induction power supply technology is used for the electronic lock, water supply solenoid valve and power shut-off actuator. A multi-device wireless charger is installed for this purpose.
Induction charging has the advantage that the magnetic field passes through solids and liquids and is safe for health. In addition, induction charging technology allows multiple devices to be powered simultaneously without the need for cables or batteries, providing long-distance and scalable wireless charging.

The SHS is controlled by Smartphone by the user in the process of accessing the building and connecting or disconnecting water and energy supplies. It also provides information on the status of fire/intrusion alarms. The user also receives messages generated by the system administrator and can communicate with a control center.
It is controlled by a computer through the cloud application and has the ability to perform actions of communication with the user and management of the property.

Water supply
The SHS allows you to perform the control of the household water supply through a solenoid valve operated by electric induction and controlled by a mobile application. In addition to this functionality, it can interact with a water sensor placed in the pipes of the building, being able to generate an alarm if it detects any water leakage, for example, through a pressure drop, which can jeopardize the safety of the property.
Thanks to wireless connectivity, the system provides the user with information on water use and consumption in their facilities.
Power supply
The SHS incorporates a control algorithm connected to the AEMET database and other public databases that allows the control and management of the most efficient energy provided by a hybrid self-consumption power generation system equipped with various elements, such as solar panels, wind turbines, conventional generator and batteries.

Fire detection
The SHS has fire detection in the building. Fire detection is performed by the temperature sensor and smoke/flame detection by image identification. Thanks to the image identification algorithm, it is possible to perform the following functions flame and/or smoke detection and recognitionThe system has been designed for the detection of fire, avoiding the limitations of traditional fire detection systems.
The SHS can detect fires at their source, send the communication alarm through the NB-IoT network and activate the evacuation alarm, as well as activate, if necessary, sprinkler actuators that are part of the building's infrastructure. The control system technology enables early fire detection in environments where this is difficult to achieve, eliminating false alarms and improving maintenance, testing and installation costs.

Climate control (HVAC)
The SHS allows to have all the machines of the HVAC system connected through the NB-IoT networkoffering an immediate benefit to the user: settings and operation control are now simple and intuitive thanks to the use of mobile applications that allow interaction with the machines, locally or remotely.
The SHS offers the following services:
- Preventive analysis. The machines include mathematical models and learning logic, which act on the basis of a record of collected data, to analyze correlations and dependencies between the data and the operating variables of the machines, anticipating the needs of the property.
- Prescriptive analysis. The system includes algorithms to optimize key parameters such as performance or stability of machine operation, varying other parameters or performing scheduled interventions (e.g. maintenance), modernization or even replacement of machines. The system is able to propose operational/strategic solutions to make decisions based on the analysis performed.
- Automatic analysis. The final stage is an automatic implementation of the proposed action. The system, learning autonomously according to the implemented machine learning logic, acts autonomously to optimize the machine.

Lighting
The SHS The Smart lighting management system provides for intelligent lighting management (Smart lighting), which improves lighting efficiency. energy efficiency.
The importance of smart lighting in the home is manifested above all in people's comfort.
In bedrooms, for example, it stimulates the body's natural activation mechanism with tones that simulate the light of dawn. In the same way, it prepares the body for sleep by lowering the light level.
In offices, on the other hand, smart lighting can improve worker comfort by adjusting and orienting lighting. This translates into improved mood, increased concentration and greater productivity.
The lighting system can also include anonymous occupancy and people numbering sensors, to act on light direction and intensity depending on occupancy and activity.

Home automation
The SHS can be used in any application currently offered by home automation. The main advantages or benefits provided by the SHS in any activity are:
- Energy saving: with home automation there is total control of electrical or electronic devices in any environment and, through the use of sensors, these electronic devices can be managed and even programmed. This means significant energy savings, since it allows programming the time a light bulb should remain on, turning lights on and off, optimizing the use of devices such as air conditioning compressors, opening and closing windows according to the time of day, etc. All this is possible to be controlled by the user, adapting the use of energy and electricity to his needs and making it a much more efficient use.
- Promoting more accessible environments: thanks to the domotization of buildings and homes, it is easier for people with disabilities to control access to buildings, ramps or opening doors simply from their telephone or by means of a remote control.
- Safety: In many cases, closed-circuit television cameras (CCTV) or other recording devices, remote-controlled alarms, etc., are installed for the surveillance of buildings or people, in order to remotely view the interior of the buildings. This makes it possible to remotely control accesses, making such environments more secure. A very interesting option in this sense is to know through the cell phone when there has been a breakdown in any environment of the property and be able to proceed to repair it or take security measures, even remotely.
- Domotized environments are more comfortable: control of lighting, air conditioning, opening and closing of blinds, opening and closing of doors, indoor and outdoor temperature or sound equipment, for example, provide greater comfort. All this is possible at the touch of a button from the sofa, for example. It is, therefore, a major innovation that is revolutionizing the world as we have known it up to now.
- Improved communications: In home automation systems, voice and data can be transferred. This makes it possible to establish communication between people in different environments that are domotized or between domotized and mobile buildings. This communication also makes it possible to detect anomalies in the building and take measures.

Air quality
A healthy person breathes 5 to 6 liters of air per minute, which is equivalent to about 8,000 liters per day. Since more than 80% of their time is spent indoors, a person breathes more than 6,000 liters of indoor air per day. This illustrates the importance of air quality and how it affects people.
The Cold Plasma Ionization is a consolidated technology, practically marginal or little known in Spain, because until the threat of COVID19 , it was only used in operating rooms and hospitals, or in large industries, especially in the food industry, which require an anti air pollution system against VOC suspended organic particles, aerosols, viruses and broad-spectrum bacteria.
Connected to the air conditioning system of a building and after calculating the forced air flows and natural convection, to know the power of the equipment to be installed, it is possible to create safe spaces where viruses cannot spread through the air.
The Cold Plasma Ionization produces a large number of oxygen molecules loaded with ions and uses the diffusion of air from the air conditioning system of a building to distribute them throughout the indoor air. In contact with a particle of opposite sign, for example a virus or bacteria, in its natural need to seek balance, the ionized oxygen molecule gives up the excess ion, producing the oxidation of the virus or bacteria, causing its inactivation or death.
The SHS allows you to interact with the Cold Plasma Ionization performing the control and management of all the elements that make up the system.
The air purification system can be directly applied to different parts of the current central air conditioning system, including air cabinets (AHU or PAU), fan coil and air conditioning piping. It is easy to install and can respond to different indoor environments.

Cold Plasma Ionization
The working principle involves a specially designed plasma conversion tube that uses a specific voltage to convert electrons from atoms in the air into charged ions. When the air passes through the ionization tube, it will form millions of positive ions and negative ions, simulating the air environment of a natural mountainous area, which makes the indoor air fresh and effective in solving pollution problems.
It is not a filtering measure capable of capturing pollutants in a single pass, but requires continuous recirculation to be efficient, and its main advantage is that it does not produce pressure drops.
The SHS, in its cold plasma ionization air quality functionality, allows air quality control based on the number of people inside the building and with feedback from the sensors, increasing efficiency.
This is a concept that makes it possible to generate large quantities of negative and positive ions continuously without causing static discharges or producing ozone in the generation process, as this could lead to undesirable by-products.
Cold Plasma Ionization is the only technology proven in a real situation against viruses and is able to protect workers and customers inside buildings. It is fully compatible with life, with no limitation of exposure hours and perfectly capable of acting as a collective protection measure, mandatory in any case before any individual measure.
Benefits of the cold plasma ionization system:

- Eliminate odor: The odorous gas is oxidized by the binding of reactive oxygen molecules. The odor, the source of organic contamination, is quickly eliminated.
- Dust removal: Dust particles and pollen in the air are bound by ionic bonds, so they are composed of charged molecules that quickly aggregate into particles, increase in size, are easily removed by the filter, reducing bacteria in the area.
- Sterilization: In a balanced air of positive and negative ions, the electron pulse discharges a certain amount of energy. When an electron collides with bacteria and mold spores, the energy transmitted is equal or similar to the chemical bond, breaking these bonds, bacteria and mold, thus preventing their reproduction.
- Controls volatile components (VOC / HCHO / C6H6): Carpets, building materials, furniture, office equipment, detergents, paints, glues, solvents or pesticides release various volatile organic compounds. When ions collide with these volatile organic compounds, they break these bonds.

Carbon footprint reduction
The SHS contributes to a significant reduction in CO2 emissions from energy consumption, especially because it has no mains power consumption, as it is powered by independent batteries, and because it reduces the installation of wiring in homes and buildings due to the induction power supply and the integrated NB-IoT communication module (reduction of electrical wiring).
The SHS reduces CO2 because it integrates the following functionalities:
- Monitoring and control. Thanks to sensors and remote control of connected objects, it avoids wasting resources by providing a detailed analysis of energy consumption: for example, the connected home enables intelligent management of lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- Optimize. Real-time analysis of energy consumption information and environmental impact of objects to optimize their performance.
- Automate. Preparation for full automation, an integrated system where objects communicate and interact in real time with each other to self-optimize their energy consumption.

Energy efficiency
The SHS enables integrated IoT control and management of intelligent buildings.
A intelligent building is the one that focuses its objectives on optimizing different aspects related to housing and, for this purpose, it includes the following characteristics:
- It has energy- and water-efficient systems to save energy and water.
- It uses home automation for the integration of all building control systems to centralize and automate them.
- It is flexible to adapt to new technologies as they emerge.
- It is respectful of the environment, integrating with the surroundings in which it is located, and is committed to the use of alternative energies.
- It takes care of aesthetics and comfort to ensure the well-being of its inhabitants.
- It reduces costs thanks to the reduction in energy consumption, as well as the use of more resistant materials that extend the useful life of the building.

Induction power supply
The electric induction power supply system can be incorporated into any building together with the SHS. The magnetic field passes through solids and liquids and is safe for health.
Induction power supply provides electricity to multiple devices simultaneously without the need for cables or batteriesThe wireless charging system allows for long distance and scalable wireless charging.
The system consists of an emitter connected to the mains to obtain a constant flow of direct current and a receiver with a resonator.
The system allows the simultaneous powering of different electrical devices located at distances of about 10 meters; the transfer of electricity at these distances is achieved through the use of resonators.
